- Crushing Process:
- After the raw materials are crushed in two sets of PE1200X1500, they are transported to two HST315s for two-stage crushing through the conveyor belt. The crushed materials are pre-screened to separate a finished product, and the remaining materials enter three HPT500 high-level warehouses for three-stage crushing. After the crushed material is sieved, the remaining materials enter two 6X1263 Vertical shaft impact crusher for sand making, and after screening, four fine aggregates and machine sand are produced.
