Application
The hard, wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant properties of river pebbles enable them to be widely used in water conservancy and hydropower, high-grade highways, highways, high-speed railways, Bridges, airport runways, high-rise buildings, mechanical sand production and stone shaping. Because of relatively low acquisition cost, the pebble sand is also used in concrete aggregate and has high application value.
Process
As a pure natural stone material, river pebbles are mainly composed of silicon dioxide and contain a small amount of iron oxide and trace amounts of manganese, copper, aluminum and other elements and compounds. Therefore, the crushing technology of river pebbles should not only be designed reasonably, but also take the investment cost of the crushing project into consideration. In the design of crushing process, the crushing equipment with lamination principle should be selected as much as possible to reduce wear - resistant parts loss. Generally, the technological configuration of two-stage gnat or gnat plus cone fracture is adopted. If there is a higher requirement for the final stone grain type, a counterpunch fracture can be configured for shaping and crushing, forming the technological configuration of three-stage crushing.
