- Mobile Plant Introduction
- The vibrating feeder ZSW1300x4500 and the jaw crusher HJ110 are on the mobile plant KJ110-1. The Hydraulic Cone Crusher HPT300, 2YZS1860 and washing machine 2XL-915 are on the mobile plant KH300-2X.
- Crushing process

1.The raw materials will be fed into the Jaw crusher HJ110 through the vibrating feeder ZSW 1300X4500 for the first crushing evenly and continuously.
2.After crushing by Jaw crusher HJ110, the discharged stones will be fed to the Hydraulic Cone Crusher HPT300 for secondary crushing.
3.After crushed by the Hydraulic Cone Crusher HPT300, the discharged stones will be delivered to the Screen 3YZS 1860 for separating. The stones bigger than 40 mm will return to Hydraulic Cone Crusher HPT300 for re-crushing. The stones smaller than 40 mm will be separated to 3 kinds of materials, 0-8 mm, 8-25 mm and 25-40 mm.
4.Meanwhile, there is a washing machine 2XL-915 under the vibrating screen that keeps washing the stones. - Customer feedback
