Product Structure

 

HST single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher mainly composed by the upper body, the frame body(the broken-type), the next frame body , moving cone portion, eccentric part, transmission unit, hydraulic cylinder unit and other components.It driven by the motor horizontal axis, horizontal axis through the gear driven eccentric rotation and then driven by the eccentric swing moving in a circular cone portion in order to achieve continuous extrusion broken stones.

 

By adjusting the cone at the bottom of the hydraulic cylinder moving can make moving cone down movement so as to facilitate the adjustment of the size of the port of discharge and easily adjust the product particle size. While also providing over iron cylinder protection function, when there are not broken objects(such as iron) into the crushing chamber, the hydraulic cylinder can automatically make the moving cone fall, thereby releasing iron to continue fragmentation and protect the crusher.
