1. The primary crushing:

We usually use jaw crusher. Jaw crusher has simple structure, large crushing ratio, high crushing capacity, easy maintenance, low operating costs.It can crush chunks of iron ore to medium size and is ideal for uranium ore crushing operations.

 

2. The medium and fine crushing:

For the relatively large hardness metal ores, we need to use cone crusher as crushing equipment for the further crushing of uranium ore to achieve "more crushing and less grinding" and reduce energy consumption of beneficiation.

The medium and fine crushing is generally divided into two stages, one stage is medium crushing,we should choose standard cone crusher.It has large inlet, the output size is 20mm or more; In the fine crushing, we can select the short head type cone crusher.It can control fineness, resorted to reach 13mm or less, the minimum can reach 6mm. 3. The grinding:

Uranium ore grinding is usually selecting ball mill for operations, by grinding, magnetic separation and other sectors, sorted powder.

Before grinding,we can also re-designed a crushing link, use impact crusher (sand making machine) for uranium ore crushing and shaping. It can produce a large amount of ore fines to reduce production costs.
