The process of granite production line

Granite has hard texture and beautiful color.It is a high quality building stone. In the building, granite can be used from the roof to the floor. If crushed,it can also be made into cement or rock filled. Granite processing technology is divided into the following three stages:

 

The first stage: large pieces of material crushed by the jaw crusher, jaw crusher generally has PE600*900, PE900*1200 and other models, configured according to the inlet size.

The second stage: the crushed granite is sent into the cone crusher or impact crusher for secondary crushing. Model: HPT220/300 cone crusher, PF1214, PF1315 impact crusher and other models.

The third stage: the final by the 5X, 6X series sand making machine for sand production.
