Kefid can configure 200 mesh gypsum powder production line for customers

Gypsum powder production line is the natural dihydrate gypsum ores (gypsum) or industrial by-product gypsum (gypsum, phosphogypsum, etc.) through grinding and after a certain temperature heating calcination, dihydrate gypsum dehydration and decomposition, Β-hemihydrate gypsum (CaSO4 1/2H2O) as the main component of the product, that is, building plaster(plaster).

Building plaster's fineness requirements are generally 200 mesh, Kefid MTW European type grinding mill, VM vertical mill, TGM overpressure trapezium mill can meet its production requirements.

 

Kefid designed a full set of gypsum powder production line with more than 20 years of milling equipment development and production experience on the basis of the characteristics of gypsum. The production line is for the dry production to achieve self-grinding and selecting. Through the high efficiency powder concentrator,it can directly grind the gypsum to the standard.At the same time, due to the production line using the internal circulation of the wind, it can quickly blowing the finished gypsum powder out which completely avoid over-grinding phenomenon.This greatly improve the capacity and production efficiency; and the system uses advanced dust collector which meet the requirement of environmental protection.

 

The process of Kefid 200 mesh gypsum powder production line is:

 

The crusher will crush large size gypsum ore into less than 30mm small pieces of particles, then transported to the mill for grinding. The qualified gypsum powder will be sent into the boiling furnace for calcination, the rest part will return to the mill to re-grinding until qualified. The calcined qualified gypsum powder is fed into the clinker storage.

 

At present, Kefid has established hundreds of gypsum powder production lines in Iran, Nigeria, Romania, Mexico, Ethiopia and Tanzania. It has been running well and has been unanimously endorsed by the customers.
