The hardness of graphite ore is generally medium or hard, and the grade is generally between 2% and 10%. The crushing process is relatively simple. It usually uses three-stage open circuit, two-stage open circuit, one crushing process or flotation process.
The medium and small ore, which is mainly processed with weathered ore, can be directly sent to the vertical mill developed by Kefid without crushing. The general flotation process is closed-circuit process of multi-stage grinding, multi-stage sorting, and medium-mine order (or centralized) return. There are three forms of multi-stage processes, namely re-grinding of concentrates, re-grinding of mines and re-grinding of tailings. Crystalline graphite is mostly used in the re-grinding process of concentrates. Under normal circumstances, the recovery rate of mineral processing operations can reach about 80%.
According to the above pulverization of graphite ore, Kefid classify the equipment commonly used in the crushing of graphite ore as: Raymond mill, high-pressure suspension roller mill, high-pressure micro-powder mill and ultra-fine mill. According to the properties of graphite ore and the commonly used mineral processing methods, Kefid has built graphite ore integrated equipment from rough grinding to fine grinding to ultra-fine grinding, which has low investment cost, high efficiency and safe operation.
