How to achieve convergence between jaw crusher and impact crusher in sand production line?

In the sand production process, we usually use jaw crusher and impact crusher for coarse crushing and fine crushing, but how to achieve effective connection between them in order to improve the efficiency?

 

 

 

Firstly, when installing the machine, you need professionals to do the preliminary work for ground concrete infrastructure, and then according to the production site topography, we can design and planning. Usually there will be two different situations.

 

One is the two machines at the same level, that is at the same ground.The both machines need to make concrete foundation under the machine, put the two machines placed on the basis of an appropriate distance from the ground. Then we set up belt conveyor between the two machines. Belt conveyor has been connected from the discharge port of jaw crusher to the next machine's feeding port and make sure there is a certain angle to ensure that the material can be uniformly and reasonable fed into the secondary crusher.

 

The second case is that the terrain itself has a certain gap, namely belonging ladder-type. We need to install jaw crusher on higher terrain for coarse crushing, secondary crushing equipment placed under the ladder, then connecting conveyor belt, belt conveyor is also connected from discharge port of jaw crusher to the inlet of the secondary crusher equipment.

 

Please note that, in the middle we need vibrating screen, vibrating screen is used to filter material which does not meet the specifications of your requirements. In sand production line, vibrating screen and belt conveyor are indispensable equipment.
