Carbon black is an amorphous carbon. It is light, loose and very fine black powder and is the product of carbonaceous substances' (coal, natural gas, heavy oil, fuel oil, etc.) incomplete combustion or thermal decomposition in the absence of air.
After ground into fine powder, carbon black can be used to produce ink, paint, rubber supplements, etc. Carbon black has high requirements for processing, generally 1000 mesh, 1200 mesh, 1250 mesh, 1500 mesh and other high-precision powder, we need to choose professional ultra-fine powder processing equipment.
HGM ultra-fine powder mill is a new equipment tailored for ultra-fine powder processing users with Sweden advanced grinding technology. It is mainly applicable to non-flammable and explosive materials with Mohs hardness below 7 and the humidity below 6% such as limestone, calcite, calcium carbonate, dolomite, talc, barite, gypsum, graphite, carbon black, etc.
HGM ultra-fine grinding mill adopts continuous grinding method, grinding is more efficient. The final fineness of the finished product is up to D97≤5μm (adjustable between 325-3250 mesh), which can meet the requirements of carbon black processing for high fineness powder.
In addition, HGM ultra-fine grinding also adopts high-efficiency pulse dust collector and silencers to reduce dust and noise pollution. It has been recognized by customers with excellent environmental protection.
