The configuration and work flow of Kefid sand production line

According to market demand and actual production situation, Kefid can tailor the economic mechanism sand production line for customers. Due to different hardness of the stone, different input size,output size material and other factors, the equipments are also different. From the stone, we can configure soft stone production line and hard stone production line.

 

Soft stone usually refers to the stone whose Mohs hardness less than 5, such as limestone, bluestone, marble, dolomite, talc, etc. The most common soft stone is limestone. They are all in the low hardness, we generally use "vibrating feeder + jaw crusher + impact crusher + sand making machine + vibrating screen + belt conveyor" configuration.

 

Granite, basalt, diabase, river pebbles are all hard stone with high silicon content. For hard rock material, we recommend "vibrating feeder + jaw crusher + cone crusher + sand making machine + vibrating screen + belt conveyor" configuration.The cone crusher adopts laminated crushing system and advanced crushing cavity and is very suitable for hard rock crushing.

 

Work flow:

 

Large pieces of stone are sent by the vibrating feeder evenly into the jaw crusher for coarse crushing, the crushed stone are sent by the belt conveyor to the impact crusher or cone crusher for secondary crushing; crushed stone will be sieved by vibrating screen.The qualified products will be sent to material pile.If you want to produce mechanical sand,you need to send the crushed stone into sand making machine for crushing and shaping to produce less than 5mm of sand. In order to wash away the stone powder and soil, we can add sand washing machine for cleaning.
