Aggregate Impact Crusher

Introduction of Aggregate Crushing Plant:

Aggregate crushing plant includes vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, impact crusher, cone crusher, vibrating screen, belt conveyor and centrally electric controlling system, etc. The designed capacity is from 40TPH to 1000TPH. To meet customer's specific requirement, we can also add other equipment such as VSI crusher, dust catcher in the production line.

 

Aggregate Crushing Plant of Kefid:

Kefid Machinery Co., Ltd. offer clients a variety of aggregate crusher plants producing construction aggregates widely used for concrete production. The aggregate crushing process consists of progressive stages of crushing, screening and washing. Aggregate production line manufactured by Kefid is designed for producing crushed stone aggregate from many natural deposits including limestone, granite, basalt, trap rock and other durable mineral resources.

Granite Stone Crushing Plant:

Capacity: 40-1000TPH.
Application: mining, metallurgy, building materials, highway, water conservancy, chemical, etc.
Main equipment: vibrating feeder + primary jaw crusher + cone crusher + vibrating screen.

Granite Stone Crushing Process:
1. Large granite materials are fed to the jaw crusher evenly and gradually by vibrating feeder through a hopper for primary crushing.
2. After first crushing, the granite stone will be transferred to cone crusher by belt conveyor for secondary crushing; then the crushed granite materials will be transferred to the vibrating screen for separating.
3. After separating, the standard products will be transferred in one side as final products, while the other products will be returned to cone crusher, thus forming a closed circuit.

 

River Stone Crushing Plant:

River stones are mainly river red stones or materials such as river gravels, boulders, cobbles, and river sands. These river mixed aggregates are mined, and then transported to the stone quarry for crushing.

River stone screening plant can separate sand, granule, pebble, cobble in the mixture. The final grain sizes of river stone crushing plant are:
Coarse sand: 0.6 mm - 2 mm
Fine gravel: 2 mm - 6 mm
Medium gravel: 6-20 mm
Coarse gravel: 20-60 mm.

According to the application, we design the proved river stone crushing & screening plant of 40-80 TPH, 80-120 TPH, 120-200TPH, 200-300TPH, 300-450TPH, 450-600TPH, 600-800TPH, 800-1000 TPH, etc.

River stone crushing system includes stationary crushing unit (including jaw crusher, impact crusher, cone crusher, VSI crusher, etc.) and mobile crushing unit (including mobile jaw crusher, mobile impact crusher, mobile cone crusher, mobile VSI crusher, etc.), producing aggregates and artificial sand to substitute for river sand in road building and construction.

 

Basalt Stone Crushing Plant:

Basalt Stone Crushing Process:

Limestone crushing process:
Limestone crushing process need limestone crusher equipment. We usually use jaw crusher, impact crusher, cone crusher, mobile crusher such as limestone mobile jaw crusher, mobile impact crusher, mobile cone crusher, crawler type mobile crusher. According to the different final products, we choose the different crushing process. Usually limestone crushing plant includes primary crushing process and secondary crushing process. If the final product is sand, the limestone particles must do stone shaping through sand making machine.
